My stay at the hotel was comfortable, very good, overall despite an unexpected requirement.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean and spacious rooms. The location is convenient, situated close to public transportation. Staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Although the amenities are basic, they suffice for a satisfactory stay. Overall, it's a decent option for travelers seeking affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort.
The hotel requested my credit card number supposedly to ensure coverage for any damages or incidentals, which seemed unusual to me. When I declined, I was informed that a 50EUR cash deposit was required, something I haven't encountered at other hotels. This unexpected request was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite this, the room was comfortable and the staff courteous. However, it would have been better if the hotel had informed guests about such policies in advance to avoid any surprises.

A good choice for a stay in Madrid
The rooms were clean and comfortable. We paid 15 euros extra for all 4 days for a room with a balcony, which meant we got a quiet end room . Well worth the price. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We did not order breakfast, so I can not give an opinion about that. The hotel is near public transport and it was easy to get around Madrid from there. We were very happy with our decision to stay at this hotel.
From the bathroom we could hear the people in the room next door. As it was just from the bathroom it didn't bother us too much
